Sounds familiar?
Every morning is a drama at the mirror: brushing through tears, messy pigtails by lunchtime, and hair ties vanishing by the dozen.
The solution
A braided head settles your mornings for weeks ahead: neat at school and kindergarten, no bother at dance class or the pool. And your child gets to wear a “princess hairstyle”.

Frequently asked questions
From 4–5 years old, as long as the child can sit for 1.5–2 hours with breaks. For a first time I recommend a shorter option — cornrows or just a few braids.
No. I braid children more loosely than adults and use lightweight materials. In Angola, children are braided from infancy — with the right technique, braids only keep hair tidier.
Yes — a braided head looks neater than any pigtails. For strict schools there are natural shades without coloured kanekalon.
