Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy describes how personal data of visitors to the Aceiro Afro Studio website (the "Site") is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

1. Operator

The personal data operator is a self-employed afro-braiding specialist (Aceiro Afoito), Tyumen. Contact for personal data enquiries: phone +7 922 008-01-16.

2. What data is processed

When you submit the booking form: name, phone number, preferred messenger, selected service and comment (if you left one).

Automatically when you visit the Site: anonymised visit data (pages, device, browser) via the Yandex.Metrica service, including its Webvisor technology. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

3. Purposes of processing

  • responding to your request and arranging your appointment;
  • contacting you through the channel you chose (phone, Telegram, MAX, VK);
  • improving the Site (visit analytics).

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox when submitting the form. The consent text is published on a separate page of the Site.

5. Who receives the data

Booking-form data is transmitted only to the operator — via secure notification channels (Telegram Bot API, email). The data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising. Anonymised statistics are processed by Yandex LLC (the Yandex.Metrica service) under their terms.

6. Retention periods

Booking data is kept until the purpose of processing is achieved (arranging and providing the service), after which it is deleted unless you have become a regular client. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request information about the processing of your data, demand its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write or call using the contacts listed in section 1. Requests are processed within 10 business days.

8. Cookies

The Site uses cookies for proper operation (remembering your language choice) and analytics (Yandex.Metrica). You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the Site will keep working.

9. Changes to this policy

The current version of the policy is always published on this page.
